We want you to love what you have purchased or ordered from Dirty Sailor Company. If something is not right, let us know.

Dirty Sailor Company does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way by the purchaser. Please recognize this policy before emailing us at admin@dirtysailorcompany.com. There are no exceptions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: ONLINE

When you make purchases at www.dirtysailorcompany.com, each shipment is accompanied with a packing slip with details regarding items purchased and payment information. If you happen to not be happy with your online purchase, follow the directions detailed below…

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If your order contains defective or incorrect merchandise, please send an email to admin@dirtysailorcompany.com and we will email you a pre-paid return label, to send back the items.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Dirty Sailor Company produces each product as it is purchased.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on anything other the incorrect orders or damaged goods.  Contact admin@dirtysailorcompany.com immediately if you have received damaged goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: RETAIL STORES

Dirty Sailor Company will gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of original purchase with the accompaniment of the original sales receipt, if said product is damaged and was damaged upon arrival. Dirty Sailor Company accepts returns for exchange ONLY. We do not perform cash or credit card refunds on returned items.

If you have received an incorrect order or damaged goods, immediately send a photo of said goods and a description of your problem to admin@dirtysailorcompany.com.  We will respond with directions of how to return your goods. We will also provide pre-paid postage for the return.
