1. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

We accept payments by debit/credit cards and paypal.  We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, because they have the best security!

  1. DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Dirty Sailor Company can ship to most countries. International shipping costs are determined at the checkout screen before you submit your order, and are based on shipping costs for individual countries.

*PLEASE NOTE: International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We are not responsible for charges or fees charged by customs.

  1. HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

Typically, orders are complete within a few days (3 to 7), and shipping varies depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. A vast majority of orders will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

  1. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Dirty Sailor Company products are created as they are ordered.  This allows us to reduce inventory cost and pass on savings to you.  We can only accept returns or exchanges due to damages or merchandise flaws.

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at admin@dirtysailorcompany.com, describe the damaged products and include a photo  so that we can immediately replace your item(s).
